Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must include all original parts and components, and be returned in its original packaging.

  2. The product must show normal use. Damage caused by improper handling is not accepted.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition.

How to Return an Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support@marcellomoda.com

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Full name

    • Address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send your return to the sender address. We will provide the correct return address after your request.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email:

The cancellation is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Cancellation Policy

Because we use an automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.

This means:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

  • You must wait until delivery and then return the item

Orders in Transit

Our products are shipped internationally, which may result in longer delivery times.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Please wait until you receive the product and then initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

  • You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund
